 From the Belt Pkwy travelling West: Exit at BAY PARKWAY, bear Left along service road and        
   onto Bay Pkway. Make a Left turn at the traffic light (Wendy's)  and go  straight  about a                 
   quarter mile until  you  approach  Adventurers  Playland,  Make a right turn at the corner                  
   (Bay 41 Street)  and proceed as above.
From the Belt Pkwy travelling East:  Exit at BAY PARKWAY, go straight after the traffic              
  light along the service road.  Make a right turn at the corner of BAY 41 Street  (Adventurers            
  Playland).  Go straight to the end  where you will see the "MARINE BASIN  MARINA" Sign .
